Lean Energy Management is our flagship solution that helps manufacturers generate energy profiles of their manufacturing facility. Developed in conjunction with manufacturers it uses cutting edge technology to acquire multiple energy consumption data, blend it with environmental data such as shift patterns and production output and present it in a format that is easy to understand.
Energy Personality Profiles
For critical machines within a production environment an Energy Personality can provide valuable knowledge on the health of the machine. An Energy Personality will indentify how much time is spent in various states of energy consumption for example: Off, standby, Waiting (set-up) working. By providing this information it is easy to see when the health of a machine changes (predicative maintenance) or throughput drops (inefficient production methods).
