Craig Astfalck is founder and Managing Director of Ecopare. He has enjoyed a 22-year career as an entrepreneur in the information technology and management consulting industries. His speciality has been helping manufacturing companies become more competitive through the use of practical technology adoption.

David Seall Independent Director

David Seall is an Independent Director and Chartered Engineer specialising in the Manufacturing and Engineering sectors. He was Chief Executive of EEF South for over 10 years working with hundreds of companies. For many years he has advised Government on issues concerning manufacturing, science and technology. Amelda Astfalck Marketing Director

Amelda Astfalck has a background in Marketing and Administration having worked with both public and private sector organisations. Amelda has worked on numerous projects that involves a high level of organisational and event management skills. Amelda heads Ecopare’s marketing and public relations team.

David Crowfoot Director

David Crowfoot has a first class honours degree in Manufacturing Engineering and a Masters in Kaizen Management. He has worked in a variety of business improvement roles spanning manufacturing, distribution, marketing and retail sectors. David has a passion for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of businesses which has led him to manage large scale strategic change projects. Ian Boyd Operations Consultant

Ian Boyd has a background in Programme and Project Management spanning over 20 years. Recently he has managed government investment in a number of high value complex Research and Development programmes in the aerospace sector. He has extensive knowledge of bid management, public sector and EU procurement. Ian is supporting Ecopare's collaborative research and development programme in energy management between industry, academia and government.
